Terms of Service
These terms apply when you purchase or use KINKEEPA. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Statement below.
Digital product
KINKEEPA is a digital memorial website template. Nothing physical is shipped. Your purchase provides access to the editing Studio for creating and managing memorial projects.
Price and access
The advertised price is a one-time payment of A$199 in Australian dollars unless a valid promotion applies. There is no recurring subscription. Access is delivered to the email address used at checkout.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the photographs, names, stories, music links and other material you add. You must have permission to use and share that content. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
Availability and sharing
KINKEEPA aims to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Private memorials use single-use family invitations for read-only access. The memorial owner can revoke family access in Studio. Public memorials can be viewed by anyone with their address. Check the finished memorial before sharing it.
How long your memorial stays online
KINKEEPA will keep each purchased memorial online for at least 10 years from the date of purchase, at no extra cost, unless the memorial owner asks for it to be removed or it is removed because it breaks these terms or the law. Memorial owners can download a backup of their saved memorial details, photos, music and voice recordings from Studio at any time. If KINKEEPA ever needs to close the service, we will email every memorial owner at least 90 days beforehand so there is time to download their memorial.
Refunds — our 14-day promise
We want every family to feel good about their KINKEEPA tribute. If you're not happy for any reason, email support@kinkeepa.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll do our best to help, and if we can't put it right, we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price.
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
This promise is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty or not as described, you are also entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under that law.

Privacy Statement
KINKEEPA respects the personal nature of memorial content. We do not sell uploaded photographs or personal information.
Information we handle
- Purchase and contact details needed for payment processing and secure access delivery.
- Memorial details you enter, such as names, dates, stories, sayings and milestones.
- Uploaded photographs and other content you choose to add.
- Basic technical and analytics information used to secure and improve the service.
How information is used
Information is used to process purchases, send secure access, host and operate memorials, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain the service.
Limited service providers
Information is shared only with trusted providers where necessary to operate KINKEEPA, including payment processing, email delivery, website hosting and security, or when disclosure is required by law. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service.
Photos and memorial content
Uploaded photographs and personal details are not used for advertising and are not sold. A public memorial can be viewed by anyone with its address. Private memorials require a family invitation for read-only access. Each invitation link is single-use, and the memorial owner can revoke family access in Studio.
Your choices
You may request help accessing, correcting or deleting information associated with your KINKEEPA purchase by contacting support@kinkeepa.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security purposes.
